The elite of Team Racing are converging on Geneva to take part in the Société Nautique de Genève’s prestigious event: the International Optimist Team Race. With competitors under the age of 15 divided into 12 teams of four, the excitement is at its peak as they compete on equal terms on the sparkling waters of Lake Geneva.

The competition begins with a round-robin phase, giving all the teams a chance to test themselves against each other. The quarter-finals and semi-finals intensify the competition, creating an electric atmosphere before the highlight of the show: the coveted finals. The common goal of all the competitors is to win as many matches as possible to take their team to the top of the table.
Organised by the Société Nautique de Genève, the International Optimist Team Race has established itself as a global benchmark for young international racers.
